Move -In Disaster


Whom do I contact concerning my property move-in and services issues with Remax Choice in Fayetteville, NC. When I moved in the house the walls was dirty (not repainted) with all types of stains, carpet not cleaned, toilet broken, and the previous person furniture and belongings was still in the house. I was told when I paid my initial deposit ($1400) that all of this would be out and cleaned when I move in. On that Friday it was all still there, and the house was just dirty. I contacted the owner of remax, and she stated it would be remove by Monday. I had already moved out my old place by now, so I was stuck with the situation. Now, I'm calling for days about service issues, and no one is responding to my service request. She stated she would give me a prorated for the two weekend days I didn't stay, and when I have to pay my rent it was still $700. Please have a talk with her, because this is no way to treat paying customers.
