This is a formal apology to apologize for posting a negative online review of you on Measured Up and to your company. I am sorry for doing so and effecting your name. I was angry and upset and felt, this was a way to voice how I felt, I now realize that it not the best method to deal with the issue.
Please accept this apology in writing this letter?
I have also attempted to take the review down, unfortunately I don't know how to delete it, so for the time being it will have to stay up there until I find the correct knowledge to delete it. I will also write to your company with drawing my complaint.
